Independently Operating within MDG at: 820 E. 116th St. Carmel, In. 46032 Located in Carmel IN, we provide a unique scalp service that is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Our 60, 80, and 90 minute services include stress-reducing Halo hydrotherapy, relaxing scalp massage, and personalized organic product selection for both men and women with add on features available suitable for individuals aged 14 and above. Please note that we are unable to perform scalp treatments on clients with extensions (no exceptions), and we advise waiting for 2 weeks after hair color.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You are required to confirm or make any changes to your appointment 24 hours in advance. You will receive multiple email and text reminder notifications to the contact information you provide for the opportunity to do so. To manage your appointment scroll and click “manage” to confirm, cancel, or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm the appointment, No Showing, or arriving 15 or more minutes late is considered a cancellation and is subject to charge the card on file for 50% of the scheduled services. Services requiring a deposit are subject to this policy. Appointments requiring a deposit agree to apply the deposit to the cancellation fee. In the rare event Scalp Oasis needs to cancel your appointment you will never be charged a fee and any deposit will be refunded to you. Repetitive cancellations may result in required prepayment to schedule an appointment.
